Purpose of personal data’s treatment

The requested data (name and surname, professional category, e-mail, city, telephone) together with the data you spontaneously write in the message will be treated solely to answer your information request. The treatment has for legal basis the need to satisfy pre-contract request of the interested person (art. 6, par. 1, lett. b of GDPR) as well as the legitimate interest of the owner to process the request of information seeked by the interested person (art. 6, par. 1, lett. f of GDPR).

Transfer of data to third countries

It is not planned to transfer your data in EXTRA EU countries.

Period of data storage

The gathered data will be stored the necessary time to process your request completely and to keep a record in case of further development. Afterwards, in case of non-completion of a contractual relationship, the data will be deleted.

Data recipient

Your data will be known by internal staff, authorized for the treatment designed for commercial management of the customer and prospective client and IT company, elected as external manager, for assistance activities and website maintenance. The date will be not subject of communication and disclosure.

User Rights

The user has the right to ask to the owner the access to the data, the rectification, the cancellation of the data, the restriction of the treatment or to oppose the data treatment, besides the right of data portability, based on the established conditions from art. 15,16,17,18,20,21 of the UE Regulation 2016/679.

At last, the user has the right to file a complaint to a Control Authority if he considers that the treatment of his data violates the European Regulation.
