Es besteht aus einer k\u00fcnstlichen Kommunikation zwischen einer Arterie und einer Vene, die durch einen chirurgischen Eingriff erhalten wird, zur Umleitung von Hochdruck-Blut in das Venensystem mit hoher Kapazit\u00e4t, um eine angemessene Blutversorgung f\u00fcr die dialytische Behandlung zu erhalten.
